I thought that TX would be same platform, but with Jap capacitors. But both GS and TX seem to have Samxon in them.

I barely see any difference between the two.

Are you using some sort of software/program to monitor this? If you are, then it is most likely wrong. Programs that read voltages from the motherboard are generally not very accurate.

Adding 100W for CPU overclocking is reasonable depending on the CPU. But adding 100W for overclocking a 6850 is simply overkill.
