Unfortunately, many reviews on amazon claim about high noise despite of advertising it as quiet.

Enermax's recent high end models are fine(?) I think but guess they have no idea what they're doing on budget ones... :(

Yes, they are testing it on 230V mains, but the 80PLUS GOLD comparison point for that chart (87/90/87) is for 115V. They should provide 80PLUS 230V EU point (90/92/89) for meaningful comparison.

What Seasonic revision is AX based on?

Because our Seasonic distributor claims (and from their test result) only before-oneseasonic V1 models(before VEGA compatibility issue) have such problem.
