I have this weird little noise coming out of my PC, it's not loud but sometimes annoying

The rig is
9900k
Maximus hero xi
Seasonic prime ultra titanium 1000w
Strix 3090

Well i doubt it will work too to be honest. I'll get some today and try.

And tomorrow i will receive an HX850 which I really hope will solve the issue..
