What is your CPU temp at at idle & load? Might have been thermal protection kicking in, since you disabled that stuff and it went away. I'd suggest RealTemp or any app that monitors actual core info.

That's a lot of hardware... don't suppose you have a power meter to check the draw from the outlet? Depending on OC settings and program load it should easily do over 500w draw, possibly even more.

Set the ram to DDR3-1333Mhz 9-9-9-27 timings, 2T with 1.5v and see if that helps.

You may need to update the BIOS on your motherborad as well
