Just keep in mind that even an overclocked FX will hardly keep up with non-overclocked i5. And the power draw will be significantly higher.

Don't even bother taking all this "gaming series"...

Is it a gaming rig? If so, I'd ditch the FX-8350 in favor of i5-4590, even if you had to skimp on graphics card.
Also there's no point in getting 2x2GB of RAM nowadays, just buy 1x4GB, it'll be...

Not sure if it was discussed before, but I've just noticed that Corsair VS-series PSUs have received 80Plus Standard (230V EU) certification. Their model name has changed:

It's not a bad PSU per se, just a cheap one. If you can afford getting something from the higher end of the market - why not.

This is nothing out of ordinary for software readings to be completely inaccurate. Just use a multimeter if you want to measure voltages.

Don't get the i5-4690k if you don't want to overclock the CPU, that's a waste of money. i5-4590 is much cheaper and roughly as fast.
