    I know their PSU PM. He's quite good at his job and has a track record of creating nice PSU for many years/brands. Still, I'm not sure if XPG can offer competitive prices in EU and US.

    From RMA stats I cannot see any difference between LLC and Double forward. Be aware RMA stats only cover the warranty period for each PSU though. What happens later is not relevant for RMA any more.

    Zalman is not leaving the PSU market just many brands and distributors are facing heavy overstocks since mining ended so now they are selling below cost to clear some stock or high wattage PSU.

    RSY is actually a nice small factory though. I'Ve been there and it's a good place to assemble PSU. They can't do SMD and PCB inhouse though.
