That's way high. Even using the Corsair calc...

That's way high. Even using the Corsair calc that I'm working on, I get a suggestion of 750W and the way that thing is programmed, it suggests a PSU that's about +50% than what you actually "need"....

Absolutely. VERY unlikely. And therefore any PSU should work. The problem is Intel's testing methodology for Haswell compatibility. They're putting 0.05A on the +12V and the maximum on the +3.3V...

An air purifier isn't going to do much for dust. Not as much as a good exhaust fan blowing AWAY from the work area.
