Generally CM is better about fan choice, I doubt they'll throw a 2200 RPM Yate inside the unit.

Especially when they have budget units with the D12SM-12's 1650 RPM models.

Traditionally, the V-Sense wires are 20AWG but using something thicker like 18AWG wouldn't hurt the circuit in any way.

So you can use 18AWG for Pin's 13 & 4 v-sense connections.
