    Was running OCCT stability tester the other night and heard a clicking sound coming from inside my pc.
    Think it was coming from the PSU area and it sounded like that sound old hard drives use...

    The site that sells those cables emailed me and said that the 8 pin refers to the plug or connector and not the number of wires. I responded back to them that its misleading though not life or death...

    To update this thread I looked into shipping costs to send the PSU back to Corsair. As for ground shipping Fedex was the the most expensive at around $70-$80, then UPS at $60-$70, and lastly the USPS...
