Those tests measure voltage drop from low load to full load, not voltage deviation. The 5V rail didn't drop at all, so it's 0%.

Andyson R series and PSUs based on that platform; there was also at least one other PSU I remember that was wireless, but it wasn't AX1600i - it has lots of wires to the modular PCB.
