650W is plenty for the 290X. It draws a lot of power (up to ~300W), but even with the rest of your rig added on top of that, the PSU isn't anywhere near being overloaded.

Hmmm, I've never had any trouble with Seasonics or Seasonic built PSUs, but if I was as unlucky as you are, in the end I'd probably be looking at another brand/manufacturer too.

At 460C/860F, I'm not sure even LN is enough, lol. Plus you need a sturdy case, with the atmospheric pressure being 92x that of Earth. (The corrosive atmosphere probably won't help either).
