Best 1,000 WATT PSU ??

What would be your choice for a 1,000 WATT PSU to run a workstation/server?

Is there one or two that stand out as best?

PCP&C Turbo Cool 1KW?

Antec True Power Quattro 1000W or TT Toughpower 1000W ?

Yeah, the problem I have about this one is the criticism of the noisy fan :wall: is there another one without the noisy fan?

It is to bad they did not figure out a way to make it quieter, I would probably buy this one!:(

I guess that when you really need 1kW of power the noise of PSU doesn't matter among video cards fans screaming, tons of HDD's seeking, a couple of 120 case fan's at full-speed...

The efficiency is only so-so on it, the voltage regulation isn't as good as other units, etc.

I'd have to say Coolermaster Real Power Pro 1KW. I've yet to find any review site not giving high praise to this unit.

My personal favourite, Thermaltake Toughpower 1000w or any brand that uses CWT 1 Kw & up platform. But Ultra 1 Kw seems pretty good, and Silverstone Seventeam's OEMed 1 Kw Olympia/Decathlon is a good alternative too.
