Well, its cheap. You can only go so far with being cheap. Though there are better options for the Price. be quiet System Power 9 and U9 for example. The B9 is even cheaper, the normal one about 5€ more.
And there is Xilence...
That is DC-DC, though cheaper Caps made by XHY - 47,15 for the Performance A+, the MW Lite is 47,90€...
BUT:
I disagree with the Bridge Rectifier. We are talking about 230VAC, with 600W that's just a bit over 2,6A...
That's Input, on the Output we are talking about ~325V pulsating DC - wich is only 1,85A...
PS: 115VAC is cancer :P

Wolfy, I really feel that in cases like this - where a unit is so bad you cannot, in good conscience, recommend its purchase - you should forgo scoring it, and simply slap a big fat "FAILED" on the last page as a warning to readers to avoid at all costs.
