Psu for 2 pc

Good evening to everyone,
I'm an italian user just registered,
I would need to change 2 good power supplies for 2 different two old PCs:

1 pc: intel core e8400
graphics card GV-740D5OC-2GI rev3.0
ddr2 Corsair XMS2 DHX CM2X2048-6400C5DHX 2x2gb
generic ddr2 2x2gb
motherboard Msi P7 sli platinum / p7n zilent.
WDC WD5000AAKS-00V6A
HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW GGC-H20L
zerotherm nirvana NV120 heatsink with 120 fan
logitech mk300 keyboard
microsoft touch usb mouse

2 pc:
Intel Pentium dual core and 5700
Asus Intel GMA X4500 integrated graphics card
motherboard P5g41t-m lx
hdd sata 500gb
dvd-cd rw combo
ddr3 kingston 1333 4x1 gb
.
I kindly ask you to help me in the choice for a power supply with good efficiency and energy savings for 1, considering the possibility of recovering it for a new pc soon with a dedicated not too powerful.

For the 2 maximum cost 50 . with the possibility of inserting a dedicated card in case the integrated function no longer works.
Thank for help.

What's available in Italy? Something like the Corsair CX450, CX450M or be quiet Pure Power 10 400W should be around 50 euros. With the CX450M and Pure Power 10 400W having two PEG connectors and the CX450 only one.

Yes,
the Be quiet pure power 10, cx450 and cx 450m
are available now on Amazon for € 62.12, € 49.90 and € 61.75 respectively .
Who is the best of the three compared to the 1st PC for energy quality-efficiency ratio?

What do you think about these models for the second Pc?
FSP350-60HHN (85)
FSP350-60GHC 85 M
FSP350-60GHN 85+
They are old, but very expensive and I am trying to find someone used.
Thanks for all.

How much is Bitfenix Formula 450W??
That should be the best option out of them...

Nothing, just get a new one.
If you want to save you could get a 300W one like Pure Power 10.

But buying used is not worth it.
PSU are just far too expensive for what you get and the risk of those.

People want 25€ or more for a 7 Year old PSU (and then wonder why they just die)...
And with a new PSU you have some kind of warranty...

Little confused here, if they are good supplies, why not keep using them?

I lived quite a few years in Northern Italy (Trieste); a wonderful country.

In fact, saving too much is not worth it, they are money thrown with the risk of compromising the whole pc and the safety of ourselves.

flashschizzo 02-04-2018 05:17 PM

Yes, I live in central Italy Abruzzo, in the province of Pescara, in a country on the hills. I've been to Trieste once, it's very beautiful. You're too, a little Italian.
So ashiekh, what do you recommend for 1 pc and the second?
Thank you.

ashiekh 02-04-2018 05:25 PM

Me? I'd recap the original supplies... by that I mean replace all the secondary capacitors with top grade replacements.

The original psu are bad.
They are Chinese Psu of bad quality, although I have it since March 2008 if I'm not mistaken, and still working with the continuos problem , and the other for the second pc is a of a friend of mine.
I had to throw, it because it was blocking the pc. Continuing Reboots
They are rispectively for 1th pc Axpertec AXP-630P12P, for the second Pc is an Itek if I remenber well .
I'm wasn't expert I was not experienced they sold me a Chinese power supply.
It's my first PC assembled that I still have now.

If they were good power supplies, I certainly would do it.
