Can someone PLEASE help me to locate this capacitor?

Can someone PLEASE help me to locate this capacitor for a laser cutter- the cutter is from China, sen feng brand and it's blown this little blue capacitor...Any clues??/

The n's unless capitol are actually symbol

I cant tell you exactly where you could get them but I can point you in the right direction. These guys do loads of electronic components (http://www.astute.co.uk/) loads of them are obsolete, rare, surplus ect so you might have some luck. Also they are international which I think would help you.
