TWIN FROZR II VS TWIN FROZR III

What are the difference between the two? I've heard that the Twin Frozr II doesn't have VRM and MEMORY Heatsink. How about Twin Frozr III?

TFII and TFIII perform rather similarly, Msi uses TFII coolers for reference boards and TFIII for custom PCB solutions.. VRM heat sinks on reference boards will generally do very little for you as the reference VRMs are not that beefy nor of such high quality as higher end custom PCB solutions.. in some cases being complete and utter shit(like the GTX 570 and 590)
