I found on the web jacobsparts is selling a computer case for $20 shipped ($5 off and free shipping, lol).
Interesting old design, mATX, vertical front mount Power Supply, one (flimsy) HDD mount, shinny interior declared Aluminum, hole behind motherboard, 80?mm fan (can upgrade to 92mm!).
But...it is cheap.

It's aluminum... but only the motherboard tray and drive bays are. The panels and frame are all steel. It's a reaaaaaaallllllly cheap case.

I would actually say that's expensive for what you get...
Romania... : http://www.pcgarage.ro/carcase/delux/micro-m198-micro-atx/
That's 79 RON or about 26$ WITH a tax of 24% so it's about 22$ with the store's profit included.
Here's some inside pics, sadly no closeup of the psu:

and it looks about the same as this one: http://www.tommade.com/show_Product.asp?MID=344&TID=343&SID=2038

Awright, could not resist $20 shipped, lol. I'm seeing $35.75 now. It is an experience, as I've been asked to assemble some new and old parts into a pc for least amount.
It is sturdier than the Gigabyte case I got off Tiger D for $20.
I put a 92mm fan on back and an 80mm on the bottom.
Rigged stress relief then did a tape and tie on the front panel wires.
Mounted an Antec BP 350 power supply.
The front panel mounts with six screws, an assortment of mini screwdrivers required.
An Optical drive went in the top slot, did not want to go all the way from inside, front cover removed, drive inserted easily, used supplied screws. Gotta find some cheap proper length thumb screws for this.
I had picked up some shoulder screws with rubber shock crush washers and used them on the hard drive. Mount is the top to bottom slot support on one side and just a bracket hanging in air on the other. I thought it a horrible idea but it works well enough. Only support for one hard drive, 2 x 5 1/4 and one 3 1/2 slots.
Mounted a cheapo $5 HK card reader in 3 1/2 slot, only low rails provided, and play find the screw hole, only 2 available.
Shipped with screws can be small for the Hong Kong card reader holes, one slipped instead of tightened. I used some M3- .5 thumbscrews I picked up. (HK again). Had to find holes through slots in 5 1/4 bay, biggest pita so far.
Current debate is whether to use Biostar TA785 DDr2 motherboard (new, mine) or used/untested Asus 785 (no I/O shield, instructions or software.
Will use on board video or old video card got a couple 8400s I think. I have 4gb pc2 800 (used),
Vista supplied.
So, any comments on "time waster #xxx?"?
And I am enjoying, maybe because it is different, light, foolish, and marginally upgradeable, assembling this thing.
Depending on temperatures may upgrade bottom fan or add top fan,
Got some cheap vinyl IMITATION carbon fiber coming from HK for highlights.
Anybody build those old balsa wood model airplanes? Especially Biplanes and Triplanes?
SAD IS.. the high price of scrap is seeing many unused canoes destroyed.
