Does anybody else think thats kind of steep for the Gold? What a voltage hog:eek:

5Mhz overclock "only" at stock voltage!?!

It's going to be awhile for me to "upgrade" to DDR2:)

OCZ's Gold 8800: CL 5-6-6-15 1GB @ Newegg = $214

OCZ's Platinum Extreme Edition 8000: CL 4-5-4-15 1GB @ Bytewise = $216.90

Close, but with the slower timings on the 8800, I wonder if it's just PC28000 w/ slower timings.

I think I'd rather have the faster timing. :)
