This is the SECOND of two XFX Core Edition 850W sample used in the review. That means it actually ran the full 850W in the hot box and it was not disassembled (only the first sample was taken apart).

The unit is complete with box, power cord, manual, etc. Everything the unit would come with when it was new. Heck... it is new. You can say its only been burned in for a couple hours.
