Based in a large part by the review & input here, I purchased a Corsair HX620W. I was planning on installing it in an Antec P180.

I've since decided to use a Chenbro SR107 case instead. Problem is, it looks like the shelf that holds the PSU is solid & would not allow the 120mm bottom fan to breathe.

So now I'm looking for a PSU with a rear 80mm fan.

My needs are:
active pfc
high efficiency
quiet
stable
NO SLI or CF, so 500-600 watt will do. (1900GT, 3-4HD's, 2 optical drives, e6600 on a BadAxe2, 2x1GB Ballistix PC21000)

The Silverstone Zeus ST75ZF seems to fit the bill, with the exception of it's way more power than I need. The ST56ZF is too noisy.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

An AMS Mercury?

Jonny, would you put this in your system, if you had the hw I listed?

If yes, that's good enough for me!

Just remember, if you are ever wondering...

WWJD: What would Jonny do?

(Great psu. Just the way I like them: Blingless, cheap, and delivers what it needs to)
