Out of those options, I'd say the Coolermaster 690 II Advanced is the best.

criteria?
Cost? Best cooling? Ease of Access? Fit the most HD? Fit the largest VID card?
Weight? Appearance?:)
I like the HAF 912 on Cost, cooling, and Access.
Not great on Quite, Max HD, or low weight.
Appearance, mixed.

With the best cooling of course. I just want to have a good air flow inside my case. coz my gts 250 has a temp of 70-80 C.. And i want it to be future proof.

The CM storm scout and 690-II are the best out of those you listed. The Silverstone Precision will also do a decent job once all the fan slots are filled especially if you follow their positive pressure design fully.

CM 690 II isn't really good for air cooling, at least with stock equipment. It has a ton of fan mount points, and when kitted-out, it does perform admirably, but you have to factor in the added cost. HAF-912 is better out-of-the-box, closely followed by the Storm Scout, however the lack of air filters on those two make the system maintenance a bit of a chore.

Out of the ones you listed, I'd take the CM 690 II Advance.
As for my personal favorite, that would be the Silverstone Raven RV-02...

I would probably go with the CM 690 II since it has a nice list of features and lots of cooling options. I have worked with the Scout and it is also a really nice case but it is a bit short for my liking. You won't be able to fit big graphic cards without modding the case. Even cards like the ATI 4870/4890 with the power plugs on the ends were a pain (they fit but power connections had to be routed through the hard drive cage).

I wish you put links instead of just a list. I am going to be lazy and say get the one that supports the most and largest fans, has a removable, washable air filter, has front panel ports near the top and not the floor. After that, removable drive bays are nice, so is space for cable management. A motherboard tray is nice, if it slides smoothly, but not a big deal if the case is roomy and you don't plan on swapping boards every couple months.
