Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me what is this electronic component called (where arrow is pointing to), what is its function and if it is broken, where can I find an identical one for replacement?

I would greatly appreciate any response, thank you very much.

That's a surface mount capacitor.

There are a lot of videos on Youtube showing how to solder it but I have no idea where to find one that would replace the broken one.
Any ideas?

Nope - you'd need the value of the part from the service manual, and you'd need some experience soldering around SMD components to be able to do it.

incircuit capacitance meter will read that..

soldering smd is pita... you could easily kill a replacement smd cap

anyways if that is broken you can't get the exact reading for it...and most psus have that components burnt out...

if you know what the specs are you can replace it with a standard electrolytic with a little bit of creativity :)

There is a number above it "C646". I think I have to look into datasheets so I can find more description about this tiny component.

I am not really worried about soldering, I just need to find it first...
