I'm upgrading my pc. I'm moving up to a Core 2 Quad 9300 and 4 gigs of DDR2 PC8500 OCZ Reaper. The problem is finding a mobo that will handle the speed of this memory, runs Windows 7 64 bit and is SLI ready. I narrowed down a few but it turns out they aren't compatible with 64bit. Do I just settle for 32 bit and waste the memory or is there a board out there that I'm missing?

I can't recall a motherboard for mainstream processors that hasn't been 64 bit capable since before Pentium-D days. I'd be VERY surprised if any current boards won't work with W7 64.

It would help if people would learn to tell where they plan to do their shopping.
So assuming you're in the US, this one (http://www.amazon.com/P5N-T-Deluxe-LGA775-Nvidia-Motherboard/dp/B0011OOXRU/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1294034857&sr=8-7) seems to be the only motherboard in stock, that ticks all the boxes you've requested. It's pricey, and there's not a lot of them left, but all the other options are lacking. You could take this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131232) instead, and manually set the memory clock, but I'm not sure if you want to do it that way.
There could be other options if you'll shop elsewhere.

all motherboards that support cpus with x64 capability are x64 compatible

All motherboards that support that CPU are also 64-bit. It is a native 64-bit CPU. Take a look at the EVGA 750i SLI FTW and ASUS P5N-D. Those are the only two boards I'd consider for an LGA775 SLI setup.

I see the Asus listed from several suppliers. Some 800 DDR2 boards.
