Just so you catch the fine print, lol $.99 and $ 89.99 shipping. Both scams and foreign parts (almost bid in Israel, Lithuania, Kurdistan) for low bid items. I like Hong Kong, even got a Bamboo keyboard from mainland China (long removed, sigh, nice).
LOL we all miss clues and ques.

Usually it's a way to skip ebay's fees, and to catch unaware buyers that don't read the shipping charge.
I saw an i7 950 (back when they were $500) being sold for $1.99 + $470 shipping for a used CPU.

actually, what I missed was that the card was a 7800GTX, not a 9800GTX and my question was whether or not the extra bracket and blank breadboard can be removed, which it can.
