OW reviewed the 1kw model (http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=168) and it did fairly well. The 850w is made by Superflower as well.

Especially the 850w.
There are two different product lines called Lazer and Lazer Gold both manufactured by Super Flower. The Lazer is a double-forward platform with independent regulation (double mag-amp circuitry) on secondary, certified as 80Plus Bronze level. The Lazer Gold is an LLC-resonant platform with SR and DC-to-DC secondary. Both platforms are good but the latter is more attractive IMO.

How do their qualities compare to a 750W Corsair TX?
Voltage stability, reliability, anything else 'important.' (I do OCing)
?

I'd say Lazer Gold is definitely better than TX750 as a platform, even wattage and modularity aside.
But do you upgrade from TX750 or what? And what is the system in question?

Not the gold.
The regular Kingwin Lazer 850w.
How does that compare?
PC would be,
2x 460 in sli
1x 8800 as physx
1055T oc'd
5x hdd

Hmm...
$20 more, although it doesn't have the lovely white led cube connectors, maybe I should get this ;) Didn't realize they were so close.

The Kingwin Lazer 850w is a good unit.
Though, after Rebate, you can get an XFX Black Edition 850w (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207001) for the same price.

That won't work. I want to use 3 video cards (5 connectors) and at least 6 SATA devices, quite possibly more.
PCI-Express Connector 4 x 6+2-Pin
SATA Power Connector 4

Newegg specs are wrong.
There are 11 SATA Connectors.
And for the 5th SATA Connector, you can just use a 2xMolex to PCIe 6pin Adapter.

That works.
Now, why that one ? How is it better?

Better efficiency and ripple suppression. Better transient response.

You must be comparing it to LAZER, not LAZER Gold?

Yeah I'm comparing it to the Kingwin Lazer 850w LZ-850. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121067&cm_re=kingwin_lazer-_-17-121-067-_-Product)
You can read a review wolf did of the Lazer 1000w (http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=168) and it's a pretty solid unit (along with all of Kingwin's offerings really.)
It seems like all that Kingwin could do to improve upon their PSU's is better caps. Because with upgraded Caps, the NZXT Hale90 showed that the same Super Flower platform (Golden Green) found in the Hale90 & Lazer Golds (Along with XION 90+ APX units) can really benefit from the added filtering of better caps.
