Up for sale is a Channel Well "fanless" 500W. Has two PCIe connectors:

Nope. It was far too crowded for me to desolder and put back together again in working order.

What is that black plastic (?) piece on the CWT PSU for?

That actually holds an 80MM fan onto the unit. It uses a quick disconnect power connector so you can actually take the fan off without opening the PSU up.

Wish you shipped outside the US, but I know that's not exactly easy...or cheap for such a lumpen thing as a PSU.
