Having a tough time finding a review on this particular case, any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Not much reviews of it but it's mostly similar to original PC-60plus, only difference seems to be in cooling.

Lian-Li are worth every penny of their price when it comes to cooling and material quality.
You can actually fit a 8800GTX in that case if you remove a hard drive cage and mount hard drives it in a place of floppy drives, or get a 5.25 to 3.5 bay converter, but you can only use 1 optical drive then.
Also look around for PC-A16 Lian-li case it is similar in detentions, and appears a lot more flexible then PC-60 plus II, both are probably good for your needs, you decide which one you like more.
