Hello,
I have an inverter with a U16C40A and a U16C40C which are:
Switchmode dual ultrafast rectifiers, 16A, 400V, 50ns
and I cannot find a source for any of these semiconductors. Is there possibly something else that will work?
I really need to get this inverter working. Any help is very much appreciated.
