Hi, my first post here - think here is the right place to ask for some PSU advice

I have these two on my table right now

- Silverstone OP1000 vanilla (Seventeam)
- Chieftec CFT-750-14C (CWT)

The question is : which is better in terms of voltage output quality?
Noise/price/wattage/looks/connectivity/size don't matter for me.

Having used the SEARCH button I only established that CWT Chieftec are "decent" , but are they more "decent" than the original OP1000 ?

Based on this review (http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story2&reid=33) I would give the edge to the Silverstone, although I don't know how you would even find one nowadays since it's since been replaced by both the OP1000-E and OP1000-P.

What do you plan on using this PSU for? And why is voltage regulation the most important factor?

Like I said - both units are sitting on my desk right now (already have them both), need to leave one and sell the other. Which one?

The PSU I'm looking to leave is going to be used to power a hardware benching / testing rig (overclocking CPUs ang GPUs under singlestage/LN2, such stuff...)

Go with the Silverstone then.
