Is it just me or are these PSUs almost identical?

I've got the Xigmatek and the only difference I see is the main cap which is a Hitachi vs. the Panasonic on the Corsair.
The VRMs look screwed on to the heatsink as opposed to the corsair.
Are these identical CWT models?

both of them use CWT PSH Platform, but TX750 performs better than NRP-MC751.

Yes as bocool said. And yes the Corsair 750TX still performs better than the Xigmatek despite being based on the same platform:

Well the only difference here is the Primary cap. Secondary cap they both use UCC KZEs. I thought Hitachi made good caps...

A different primary cap would not account for the differences in performance between the TX750 and NRP-MC751. There must be other differences as well.

I just ordered a TX750, it should be able to do what the xclio has been doing.

Yeah, we always tweak a few things here and there. The TX750 is not as heavily tweaked as the TX850 and TX950 are, but it was modified (a part here, a part there) to bring it to our specs.
It's one of our earlier products, before we had an in-house PSU engineering team, which accounts for the lighter modification.
It's still a good PSU though, one of our best selling products.

Can you be more specific than that? Probably not. :-p

Well I got my TX750. It's looks really nice and has a ton a cables. Powers my PC just fine and is really quiet. The fan on my old xclio started grinding and howling.
