the specs are pretty close to the "exclusive" Tagan 1100w.

I don't know it has that UL number e130643 which doesn't track again.

e130843 is Topower... I used to think perhaps it was a typo on the part of Athenatech, but surely they would have addressed it by now.

They have been using it since at least July (probably before then too) from what I found through google groups. So yeah...one would think.....

Which is why I compared it to the Tagan 1.1kw
being as Topower builds them on a so called "exclusive" platform;)

Further testament to the quality (or lack of thereof) of Topower builds. Apart from being dodgy, it does not help when stupid rebadgers overrate the specs by a mile.
