My computer has been restarting like crazy the past 2 days. Changed the video board , cleared CMOS, loaded fail safe defaults in BIOS, CPU temps were below 50 C in full load and it still crashed like crazy.
So I removed one of the RAM sticks and it still crashes but not as often, I ran the memory test on the remaining stick in Windows 7 and it passed. Is the win 7 mem test accurate and if it is what could be the source of the restarts if it's not the RAM.
My system:
pentium dual core e2180
gigabyte p31-ds3l
1GB Geil RAM 800@4-4-4-12, 2V
WD 320GB AAKS
Antec Earth watts 380W
