The quality is just as good as the other consumer network hardware brands. Their wireless network cards often uses cheap atheros chipsets with some driver issues and they have only 2,4GHz 802.11n chips.

I have some wireless cards (one PCIMCIA and one PCI 802.11n), four switches (two 16Port 1GBit/s, one 5Port 1GBit/s and one 16Port 100MBit/s), three 1GBit/s NICs (Realtek PCIe) and an 802.11n Access Point and haven't got any problems so far. Performance is normal, price was cheap, build quality looks good.

What about USR ADSL router equipement? HQ brand or not?

I remember when my V.92 US Robotics 56k modem was the shiznit back in the day. I thought US Robotics went under... could be wrong though. Maybe they are pulling a Polaroid and coming back under the old name under a new company who purchased it.
