1. Are theese caps belong to the middle class: Skywell, Teapo, JPce (CEC), G-luxon? I think they aren't bad elcos at all

2. Is there someone who used PORTASOL gas tools (soldering irons, torches, brenners, hot air guns, SMD blowers), is it a HQ brand?

3. Similar info (like question #2) but for SANWA multimeters?

4. also, but for Digitus/Assmann, Roline/Rotronic IT brands?

Thanks guys!

Teapo and CEC international, yes. Ltec, Taicon, Capxon, yes. Skywell and G-luxon, no. Now does that mean I would buy CEC's, teapo's, ltec, taicon, and capxon to recap power supplies with? No. You can get nice nichicon PW's or Panasonic FM's for about the same price, and they are known good caps. Teapo, CEC, ltec, taicon, and capxon have a past of known bads. I would much rather go with a company with a reputation for being good, like nichicon, panasonic, rubycon, united chemi-con, sanyo, samxon, and Hitachi.

Portasol is a pretty good brand of gas tools. Not super good, but good.
