Hey guys, first post here, although I've been a long time reader of your PSU reviews.
Anywho, got a odd question.
I received a Jeantech 1k watt PSU for free from a friend that lives over in the UK. (I'm in the US)
Anywho, I got to wondering how good this PSU actually is, and who the manufacture is. I've looked all over, there are no UL numbers. I'm guessing since it's not actually sold over here, that's probably why. So the next best thing I could think to do is take it apart and snap some pics of the internals, maybe hoping someone could see some kind of number or something to help identify this PSU.
Here's the pics:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Wow.. that was amazingly fast response. Thanks!

What is your personal opinion of this PSU? (I've heard your one of the best to talk to) lol
I had Shin stumped with this yesterday. :p

I've never tested an ATNG. Except for that one in the bargain basement roundup that was DOA.

Well that's slightly scary then. I'm second guessing putting this in my main rig now.
Thanks for the response.

That was a real low end unit though - ATNG is usually ok on their high end stuff like this.

This looks just like the rosewill psu's madmat tested a while back. They did well.

You tested the X-Spice didn't you?

one you posted in the OP looks like the platform used in some Startech.com stuff and the Rosewill Xtreme series.

That might have been me or Matt.

I've tested a few ATNG's. They are a bit above average.

OW did the X-Spice. Made him very angry (http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=95), it did. :D

Now, that having been said, it's important to note that there is no way to tell where in the food chain this unit came from. X-Spice may not be at fault at all, as they did not build this thing themselves... they appear to have outsourced from ATNG. However, X-Spice has their own UL number on the side so I really don't know what to think.

I guess there's never been confirmation one way or the other.
