In all fairness though. that rating comes from 6 unanswered complaints and nothing else. While that certainly isn't good, I wonder how many complaints are answered.

that said, I won't buy another TT PSU either. the 420w (purchased on ebay from ewiz's now defunct "imicros") in my socket A system has been a very good unit, but it's never had to work very hard either.

Well, I posted this in the hopes that others won't make the same mistake as myself, 3 psu's going on #4 in less than 2 months is unacceptable.

I'm not the only one having the issues with these units.

An F is still an F any way you look at it.

I'm not defending TT, but your experience with them means more to me than BBB's ratings.

not to change the subject, but nvidia doesn't fare any better. http://www.bbbsilicon.org/commonreport.html?bid=213988

as a former owner of an NF3/GF6800 combo, I can attest to nvidia not doing much about customer concerns.

BBB's ratings are faily crap from what i've heard as you can expect a low rating especially if your not "part" of the BBB.

From the workmanship on the thermaltake armor i just recieved though, i'd give 'em my busness agian for a case.

The Sorry Orb left a bad taste in my mouth from the Socket-A days six years ago.
