I am stomped right now on what power supply to get for my new setup and its driving me nuts.

This is what I have so far:

Intel Core2Duo E6600
EVGA 680i MB
2GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2-1000 PC8000
EVGA Geforce 8800GTX
Zalman 9700 CPU cooler
2 SATA HDDs
Silverstone TJ09-BW Aluminum case

I may do a little overclocking with the processor and tweak the ram timing. I am also considering SLI later on down the road, but its not a major must have type of thing.

Any suggestions would be great thanks

I have a tendency to go overboard... But...

You could probably even get away with...

Check http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=282 for some other suggestions, as well. Those are good for single cards. If you're going SLI, you're definitely going to have to bump up the wattage.

There's a big difference in PSU requirements between going with one 8800GTX and two in SLI.

For one, you could get away with a 500 or 600W SLI Certified PSU. But for two, you'll need at least a 750W with four PCI-e connectors.
