View Full Version : who is best PCPnC RED, BLUE, or BLACK

I'm planning to buy a PSU PCPnC SILENCER but i'm so confused, among black, blue or red?
if i read in pcpower (http://www.pcpower.com/products/power_supplies/ultra-quiet/) they are so some not different...
can any body tell me?
who is the best?

Just for my curiosity, why PC P&C? Because their single rail? 80 mm fan? Non-modular? Or other Pc P&C FUD? :D
Their lose their crown long time ago. Only TurboCool series remain among the best, Silencers are somewhere in the crowd.

Aren't the turbocools notoriously loud? and quite expensive?

You'll probably want to go with the black one, the red one runs very hot while i heard condensation builds up in the blue one it gets so cold in there.

yes but at the cost of the heat it produces. Black and green PSUs are safe bets imo.

I can hear the PSU screaming out, "By your colors combined, I am Captain PSU!"

But then again, over a PC P&C (even a "Silencer"), you can't hear much.

I thought green was neutral? perhaps it's better for the environment. I would like to see more green PSU's tbh other then XFX's new design one of the most underestimated part of a system is the LEDs.
