Can anyone tell me what the diference is between version 1.1 and version 1.2,of the 2Gig Corsair 3500LL PRO kit ?

From what I understand, just a different PCB.

If there was a performance difference caused by different timings or something, they would be published.

v1.1 2 x 512 Mb is a Gold mine (so is a v1.2 PC3500) and you have 2 gigs of this stuff!! You lucky dog, have Winbond BH-5 IC's on 'em. :)

This is what Winbond BH-5 can do if you feed it the Volts. :D

CMX512RE-3500LLPT 1.1 0404056 = Winbond -5 Rev C !!

and

CMX512RE-3500LL Rev 1.1 0404058-1 = Winbond -5 Rev C

AFAIK, Corsair have always used JEDEC specced PCB's as opposed to Brainpower made PCB's used by competitors.

AFAIK, no.

Legit did a study about this. Easy to identify though, JEDEC PCB's are a bit bigger.
