PSU's that prevent videocard buzzing/squeeling

I've been hearing several reports that some PSU's can actually prevent/stop any possible buzzing/squeeling on a videocard.. any truth to this?

This makes things more complicated, im getting the DA750 in 2 weeks time or so.. hopefully it does not increase the noise prob.
