eVGA 7900GT KO,CO,SC,SS Problems solved?

I first purchased my eVGA 7900GT KO 564-AX 500/1500 back in May from Newegg.It was great for about 2 hours then I tried 3DM06,It deepfreezed on Deepfreeze!Then came F.E.A.R, I saw artifacts I had never seen before and I own a Leadtec 6800GT!Well,I RMAed my straight thru to eVGA.In the meantime I was posting at eVGA forums to find out WTF was going on with my then $310 card that couldent even bring me out of a game without putting me in a endless video loop!Found out that it was bad memory on the 564-AX/BX,and all the others including the 7900GTX SC.So eVGA came out with a new revision for my card called the 584-AX.It was then later explained that everyone with the 564 and up would be getting the newer revision for their RMA.Two times now I Have received the same ole 564 back,the last time they even sent back the original card!I should be receiving my "new" card within the week.The owners of the SS have had it even worse.Now that Nvidia has released the 7950GT and the 7900GTO I feel really screwed and now that Im on my 3rd RMA,there is no chance for me to step up,even tho they both are cheaper then my card is!Has anybody else ever have these problems with these cards?

LOL... I hate being a spelling or grammar nazi. God knows I'm not perfect. But for some reason I have problems reading sentences that are missing spaces.

It's me,the 2 finger wizard:rolleyes: ,it's just hard for me to access the keyboard.
My gameing rig is down and I'm in a freaking linnen closet trying to type on my downloader, hell, I thought I was doing ok until I double posted like a moron:(

Let us know how this turns out. I had to RMA an evga 6600gt last summer and once I convinced tech support I wasn't an idiot they were pretty cooperative: they even called me back when they said they would!

After 6 times at bat, eVGA sent me a 7950GT (256-P2-N636-AR} :( non-KO
Oh well, at least it works:D
I'll be out of action for a few more days ;)

I'll post some benchies with my E4300 @ 2.8ghz and my X1950XT @ 650/1900 when it gets here, just to rub it in. :p

Hmmm... let's see, ATI's best: X1950XTX. nVidia's best: 8800GTX... Can I have what's behind door number two for $600.

Edit: I just went through and compared apples to apples an X2 3800+ running an 1950XT (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=1108302) to my X2 3800+ with my 7950GT He's running 650/1000 core, mem, and 2.99 on the CPU, I'm running 691/803 with the CPU at 2.65.

That's as close as I can get to actually putting the X1950XT in my PC so I really don't see it as kicking the ass of the 7950GT, Paul.

I'm finally sending my 7900GT KO SC in for RMA to evga. I still have yet to get the card to even boot into windows. Same problem everytime, 3 diff psu's, 3 diff boards ect ect same problem. Tried flashing the bios to the KO version and same problem. I contacted EVGA the other day and they said they will be sending me atleast the 7950GT KO 512MB, since they don't have the 256mb version anymore. They said if they don't have any 7950GT's in stock (they didn't have any when I called) that they'll have to send me an 8800GTS 320mb!
