Heres what it says right now

Temp1: 43C
Temp2: 43C
Temp3: -128C
HD0: 30C
Core: 49C
Core: 60C (GPU i think)

Fire up Everest and you'll figure.
My wild guess:
Temp1-CPU
Temp2-MB
Temp3-ignore
Core-core
Core-GPU
Or start Orthos/OCCT and see what temperatures rises fast. This is your CPU temperature (TCase).

Do you have a dual core or dual processors?

Usually, in speedfan, core is a processor core. Your GPU should be, well, GPU. Should point out speedfan only accesses temp sensors in Nvidia cards.
