If you are looking to murder your CPU, forget Prime95 Orthos or any of that.

Check out this tool! Guaranteed to run 10C hotter than any other stresser for the CPU. Run it in conjunction with FUR for the GPU and watch the power draw increase.

Yep, ~7°C more than Orthos and more Vdroop (1.072V Linpack vs. 1.088V Orthos).

Thanks Nade, now it's my favourite heating software. :D

If you are running a Quad like I am, your temps will simply shoot through the roof!

Yep - that with furmark posted my highest ever current draw with this PC. I was surprised when it went from 350watts to 670 watts (with an lcd monitor) and then stabilzed at 550. For whatever reason starting the test also spun up all my drives at once. My e8500 got to 52c. Gotta love these .45nm cpu's. Mine is almost passively cooled (Scythe infinity w/o fan - Antec 900 case (modified to hold 12 3.5 inch drives and still have room for 2 opticals and a floppy) with only top and back fan running at 1001 rpm.

My old D950 in the P180 w/ the same heatsink with a fan hovered around 72c under load.
