Hi!
I changed from BIOS (p45-american megatrends) the voltage to 1.18...v - is it good? I know that lowering the voltage, you can get good temperatures, but I want my cpu to be available for all kinds of operation.
What soft do u recommend to test/stress the cpu to see if passes all the tests at this voltage? (besides prime or orthos)
Thanks!

Prime and Orthos are your best bets.

I can't understand... I changed in Bios the VID and in all other programs it is still the same? why??

Change it to what in the BIOS?
Did you set it in the BIOS to 1.1375? and CPU-Z shows it as 1.08?
It's called vDroop.
Put it under load and IIRC the voltage will climb back up.

If it's idle, you won't have that much droop, you will however, notice it drop under load.

yeah - in bios it is set to 1.1250
cpuz and other programs show 1.1375

core voltage is 1.08

That's your VID, and it's not going to change. It shows what voltage your cpu is set to in order to run at it's rated speed-it's essentially a theoretical number.
It's never going to change no matter what you have it set to in the bios, so no need to be concerned.
I will suggest that if your asking "is this voltage is ok to run and that voltage ok to run"then you probably shouldn't be overclocking until you have a better understanding of *how things work"

For overclocking I assume I have to rise the voltage a bit, not to much of course... to avoid frying the cpu. But can I overclock, increase the FSB without touching the voltages?
For me it is a bit strange - is the first time using AsRock mobo... I should stick to DFI/Gigabyte...

Sure, but only to a certain extent then you have to if you want to go further. Of course it's not guaranteed to be able to; the chip might not even want to budge any higher without a voltage increase(I suppose you would have to be pretty unlucky for this).
