long story short i want to run 4 6in desk fans (http://comfortairhelp.com/products/ch-6df/ch-6dfnew.html) off my psu. can it be done?

Not without a 120V AC inverter. But the question is, why would you even want to? You'd just be converting 120V AC to DC and then back to 120V AC.

no moar plugs to plug anything in.
think it would be ok if i spliced 2 fans to the same power cord? there tiny, cant draw to much power.

You can even buy Y-adapters (3-pin fan header or molex) for the purpose.
If you want to use 120V fans, use a relay. It needs a 12V coil and contacts rated for 120 VAC (or more).
