Good innards shots... not so good methodology. Unit was barely loaded for its size ;)

Maybe they ran into the same problems that Jonny did when testing the 1KW Galaxy?

Good pictures of the insides. As I was saying in an earlier thread, these guys have taken the effort to go beyond the DIY DMM readout testing, but then maybe awareness regarding actual critical parameters may not be there. I certainly won't hold this against them as this is an honest effort. :)
we're looking into getting our testing methodology up to par with Jonny's ; but it's not an easy task :)

Yes mate, it is a bit expensive (very expensive if you are a poor college like me) but hey, I'm happy to hear that you are looking expand your testing scheme.;)
the issue is also that some of reviewers (if not all) are located pretty far apart; L3D is USA, I'm in .BE and other are in .NL or scattered somewhere else. We'd have to make things in triple/quadruple ;)
Just select one of the reviewers to handle the PSU reviews. When that person gets stocked up on PSU's he can mail them out to the others :).
Oh I know, in the same boat basically.
