I'm trying my hand at reviewing something OTHER THAN power supplies....
I received a Corsair Nautilus water cooling kit with an "7800 SLI kit."
What fun I had today completely stripping my PC of it's current watercooling and putting it back to it's stock cooling so I could measure benchmark temperatures. Then some time next week I'll tear it all down again so I can install the Nautilus!
Below are some sneak peaks of the photos of the SLI block taken for the review.....

That's gnarly:D
Does it only come in 7800 spec:confused:
I'm sure it coulf fit other GPU's;)

Yeah. It fits all 7800, 7900 and 7950 cards.
The only limitation is the motherboards it fits. It only fits "double spaced" motherboard.
I don't know what that means specifically, but there's a compatibility list on Corsair's website:

it means at least 2x PCI slots between the PCI-e rails:)

Speaking of cooling reviews...did you ever see that wicked setup Czar was working on for them?

That's strange. I'd swear those are DD blocks but I'm pretty sure that the Nautie is made by another ODM/OEM.
How much is this set to retail for?
I was JUST about to ask about the spacing. My a8n-sli would have Plenty of room since it has an x1 and x4 in between, but my an8-32x wouldn't. Single x1 in between. I'd think it's easier for them to make it with tubing than a solid piece though.
Food for thought.

Fortunately, I was able to strip the water cooling my 7800GTX, put the stock cooling back on and everything still works. :D So once I get a NB cooler to replace the water block I had on my Northbridge, I should be able to run the system this week and get some baseline temperatures. :D

I love mine now. 22 degree drop on the chipset.

That's what I had before when I only had the one 7800GTX in the machine. The fins are too wide to fit between the two video cards, so I'm using the Antazone AS-N1000. :D

don't really like these blocks.Whats so great about a solid connector? It's only limiting and it seems to be adding another 90 degree bend. A set of full cover blocks with fittings for Xfire or SLI would be better. But the nautilus cooling set is good for the price.

If you're looking for a new chipset cooler I highly suggest the thermalright HR-05 or the HR-05-SLI depending on where the chipset is located on your motherboard. I've got the SLI model, it fits wonderfully right next to my 7800GTX on my dfi nf4 ultra-d :)
Doesn't get any quieter than passive cooling.
