Just bought one a few minutes ago, they had this deal a while ago. For a 1680x1050 LCD without dithering, DVI and VGA hookups and a nice refresh rate, its a good deal. I really want to pick up another one later down the road for a dual monitor setup, but I just don't have the funds right now.

There is also a eVGA 9600GT Superclocked going for $130 after rebates ($180 - $30 Promo - $20 MIR = $130)

Wow, that's a high resolution for this size monitor.

Coming from a 15.4" 1680x1050 monitor, this is going to be a relief on the eyes. Then again, I used to be doing 1680x1050 on a 22" LCD :(

The dot pitch on it is tiny, you could get away with a lower anti-aliasing setting. Hope I don't get a poopy one. When it comes to computer monitors, I'm not picky. LCD TV's are a completely different story...

Let us know how the dot pitch looks vs a 22", I am trying to decide between the 2 sizes.

$169 after $50 MIR, and I got the rep to give me 10 bucks off, so $216 WITH shipping, getting here on tomorrow an I'll let you guys know how it is.

Unless you need the extra 3", its always better to get a smaller screen. Dead pixels are harder to find and its hard to notice imperfections in video, which can be a bad thing in my case :o

Yeah, but i upgrade every ICE age, so I figure if I am gonna be stuck with it for 5 years, why not, but then, I have a 17 inch crt now so even 19 inch lcd would be serious upgrade !

As long as it isn't huge, I actually like a slightly larger dot pitch. Makes stuff easier to read for those of us who aren't Spring chickens.

I just wish that monitors came in more native resolutions, per monitor size, than they do. Probably cost prohibitive, but the native res for 22" and 24" monitors is still hard on older eyes, and my eyes are getting that way. It sure sucks not being able to look up close at things!!!
