Hiper HPU-4M730 730w

Does anyone know the OEM of this Hiper?
I know that Andyson has a role in their PSU's,
but this one isn't modular, and it's only $150 for a 730w PSU:p

Even at 400% zoom with IE7 and Firefox, I was unable to read the UL:o
From what I can gather, it's been floating around in Europe for a month or 2.

It's still Andyson.

It's one of their server PSU's relabeled.

And is the same PSU on the inside as the one Hiper Type-R 730W with all of the cables that hang down from the bottom.
