Until I'm caught up with everything else on my schedule, it's not a priority for me to contact them.

To give you an idea: I was supposed to get the ST75F done last month. My sample died. I got an RMA replacement in only a week's time. But because of that delay it will not be done until December. :(

Of course, if one showed up on my door step, I wouldn't chuck it. ;) In fact, I'd gladly bump it up the list. :)
